What types of units do you build?
We build custom, four-season hospitality units designed for boutique resorts, and glamping sites. Our units can be tailored to meet various needs, from luxury glamping cabins to off-grid accommodations.

What is the maximum size of your units?
Our units can be built up to 14 feet wide, 40 feet long, and 10 feet high. Our primary constraints are based on transportation laws along highways and roads.

Where are your units built?
All units are built in our factory in Burlington, Ontario in partnership with our Passive House Certified and Well Certified builder with over 56 skilled carpenters on staff. 

Can your units be built for off-grid use?
Yes, we have designed and built off-grid units with solar, incinerating toilets, and fresh water holding tanks. Our sustainable solutions have been developed with Canada’s leading solar experts. 

What certifications can you provide?
Our units can meet CSA-Z241, CSA-240, and CSA-A277 certifications in Canada. We also use Intertek to certify our units for use in the USA on a State by State basis.

Are your units available for year-round use?
Yes, our units are designed to be four-season ready, ensuring comfort and durability in all weather conditions. This includes ERV, HRV systems, AC/Heat Split units, and heated flooring. 

Do you handle permits and compliance for U.S. projects?
Yes, we work with Intertek, a trusted international third party to ensure state-specific compliance in the USA, helping you meet local regulations.

What is the typical lead time for a custom unit?
Lead times can vary depending on project specifications, but we recommend allowing 4-6 months for the design, build, and delivery process.

Do you provide transportation and installation services?
Yes, we can coordinate transport and delivery to your site, ensuring a smooth installation process. Our cabin can be installed and ready for use within 4 hours from the time it arrives on site.
