In this key position, you will not only spearhead the promotion and sales of arhome's innovative dwelling solutions but also serve as an ambassador of our brand. Focused on the hospitality and vacation accommodation markets, this role requires you to actively engage with clients, leveraging your sales expertise to fully represent the arhome brand. You will employ effective sales strategies to meet diverse client needs, driving substantial revenue growth and firmly establishing arhome as an innovative choice in these competitive sectors.
Responsibilities
+ Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients within the hospitality and vacation accommodation markets.
+ Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of arhome units to prospective clients.
+ Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and attention to their needs.
+ Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to effectively position our products.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback and market demands.
+ Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to our overall revenue objectives.
About You
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
+ Proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
+ Minimum of 2 years in business-to-business sales role.
+ Able to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
+ Proficient in CRM software, data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
+ You are committed to excellence and personal development
+ Self starter who thrives in an ever-changing, dynamic and people-centric work environment

Wage
