Phase One
consultation
Contact arhome and someone will arrange an initial consultation to assess the scope and timing of your project.

Phase Two
reservation deposit
An initial deposit is required to secure arhome, and initiate the ordering process.

Phase Three
order + begin production
Selection of materials and final confirmation of order prior to production commencing. 50% of payment and sales agreement signed.

Phase Four
completion + final inspection
Once construction of arhome is completed and you will receive an invitation for final inspection. At this phase it is recommended that your site be fully prepared for the arrival of arhome. 40% of payment required for completion.

Phase Five
delivery + installation
arhome is packed up and en route to you for installation! 10% of payment required.

All fixed items are included in the pricing of arhome. Fully outfitted (dishes, linens, bedding etc,) homes are available upon request. Please contact one of our team members to receive more details.
Permits + Prep
It’s important to note that regulations vary by city, province/state, country and that local planning specifications do change regularly. We highly recommend contacting and developing dialogue with your local planning office to discuss your project in detail to ensure you have clarity on what authorisations + permits are required. Please note that permitting confirmation is critical to the delivery and installation of arhome.
Delivery
Due to the nature in which arhomes are designed and constructed, they allow for efficient construction and delivery. arhome will be ready for delivery and on site within 8-12 weeks after an order has been placed.
Installation
arhomes constructs all buildings offsite in our Ontario-based factory. Our unique process ensures that each structure is delivered fully assembled, facilitating a seamless “plug and play” installation experience. arhomes arrive on-site in a single piece, securely transported on a trailer. You have the flexibility to either position arhome in place directly on the trailer bed or use a crane to lift it onto a preconstructed foundation. Once in position, all necessary services are attached, ensuring that arhomes are fully functional and ready for immediate use.
